ASIA ALLIANCE<00616> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Asia Alliance Holdings Limited ("ASIA ALLIANCE")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 18/10/2005.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2905) of ASIA ALLIANCE as 
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading 
in the shares of ASIA ALLIANCE will only be under the
following arrangements: -
