Market participants are requested to note that the name of Asia 
Alliance Holdings Limited has been changed to "Easyknit 
Enterprises Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name 
of its ordinary shares (stock code: 616) has also been changed to
"EASYKNIT ENT" with effect from Friday, 25/08/2006.
