Asset Chain Limited’s existing portfolio of properties in Hong Kong and Huzhou, the PRC is held primarily for long-term investment yield. We continue to identify and pursue opportunities with strong potential to ensure a stable and sustainable income stream for the Group.

The Group is also exploring new business opportunities in the hotel and serviced apartment sectors. While no specific acquisition targets have been identified at this stage, we believe that acquiring quality assets can offer both capital appreciation potential and recurring revenue, enhancing long-term returns to shareholders. We will remain proactive in sourcing investment opportunities to maintain a steady flow of income.
